Eligibility for Returns

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund — including return shipping where applicable.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at contact@slowandretro.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and send return instructions.
  3. Package your item securely and send it to the return address provided.

Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Need a different size or item? Just return your original order (if eligible), and place a new one. We’re a small operation and don’t currently offer automated exchanges.
