We want you to love your purchase from Slow and Retro — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK).
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised items
- Digital downloads or gift cards
- Items returned damaged, worn, or not in resalable condition (unless faulty)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund — including return shipping where applicable.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at contact@slowandretro.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and send return instructions.
- Package your item securely and send it to the return address provided.
Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Just return your original order (if eligible), and place a new one. We’re a small operation and don’t currently offer automated exchanges.
